CAMRA researcher and PhD candidate graduates

Congratulations to CAMRA researcher Dr Chris Brennan-Horley for completing his PhD, which developed from his work on the ARC linkage grant, 'Creative Tropical City: Mapping Darwin's creative industries'.

Various GIS analysis techniques were carried out on spatial data gathered from 100 interviews with creative workers. Revealed through this mixed method approach was an imagined geography of 'Creative Darwin', consisting of creative epi-centres and inspirational sites each connected by the everyday movements of its surprisingly mobile creative workforce.
